Fresh tropical fruit on the nose with an attractive effervescence.
The palate is soft with an intense strawberry flavour.

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 2 years
In 1850 at the age of 20, Thomas Hardy came to South Australia from England and established a winery on the banks of Adelaide's River Torrens in 1853 which went on to become an outstanding family wine business. He was a pioneer of immense character.
Ed Carr
Fruit for this wine was sourced from from quality vineyards around South Eastern Australia where ripe fruit parcels were selected to achieve a style that is full of flavour yet refreshing.

I am loathe to promote this too much in case it starts a mass buying spree - but - it is just very very drinkable!..an any-time favourite :)

This is my wife's choice more than mine but I do get to have at least one glass after popping the cork! It's consistently good of its type and I must say that when comparing it against the 'real thing' from France it stands up so well for drinkability and certainly price. And being a rosé there is something of reddish fruit about the finish that could well be strawberries! We repeatedly try other wines of this style when abroad, cava, sekt and the like and although some may be cheaper most never seem to fulfil as this does so it will always be drunk in our house.

Light with the hint of sweetness expected of a Rose this wine gets any gathering off to a good start and creates a party all on its own...any season.

Very drinkable and refreshing, all my visitors commented how lovely it is and they would like to purchase some! Have nothing negative to say about it!

Finding the right sparkling wine for a Christmas Eve drinks party for 40 people meant a few weeks of tastings. Well, after the usual yes, but too expensive we settled on Hardys Crest Brut Rose.At just over £5 per bottle we couldn't go wrong and we didn't . Twenty four bottles later we all went carol singing luckily at 11.5% we didn't all fall over. An ideal lighter wine for for a drinks party. Well recommended and good service. It arrived when promised.

This is the perfect wine to accompany any meal, to drink on its own or as a superb alternative for non-loving Champagne drinkers like myself. It is light and refreshing and full of flavour. It is dry like Champagne and served chilled is simply delicious!

Very good value, certainly when Tesco Do their special price on this. Would recommend, almost as good as a Rose Champagne but for a fraction of the price *****

A 100% reliable rose, ideal with poultry dishes and excellent drinking by itself. Drier than a Zinfandel & should appeal to those who usually opt for red wine or sauvignon blanc. 5 stars at a discounted price!

My husband loves good champagne but the price does not allow for general occasions. Hardys Crest Sparking is brilliant. Ideal, especially for Summer months!
