Welcome to Tesco Wine by the case.
We hope you enjoy your visit.
Good depth of colour and an alluring nose, with perfumes of maraschino cherries, red toffee apple and rose hips.
On the palate the longer ageing has softened the tannins, giving a more savour profile with hints of leather and woodsmoke.
The texture is fine and silky with a long finish.
This wine can be enjoyed now or carefully stored for up to 4 years.

Male, aged 45-54
This is a mildly disappointing wine. Yes it's pleasant, drinkable and robust, but for the price, it should be a much more sensual experience. Maybe it will age well, but right now it's just a mouthpunch of simple if powerful flavours. Tesco sell significantly better Aussie reds that cost about the same: e.g. Tim Adams Aberfeldy shiraz.
