Storage Instructions

"All wines must be stored in the same vertical position in which they have been delivered, storage conditions should be as follows: - Storage place should be cool and dry with a constant temperature, as the wines are highly susceptible to sudden changes. -Humidity should be between 60-80% to avoid corkage or any damage to giftboxes and labels etc. - With regards to hygiene and ventilation- the warehouse should be kept free of any strong odours that might be absorbed by the wines stored on the premises. - Wines should be kept out of light ( artificial or otherwise) , to deter any sudden or unwanted development in the wine. - They should also be kept in a quiet area of the warehouse, away from continual movement or vibrations."
