Purchased during 'buy 2 cases of 6 at 25% off'. As a result an easy quaffing wine, fruity and simple but extremely good value.

This was a lovely light, refreshing wine, good with fish, salads, on its own. Would be lovely chilled on a warm day!

I was rather disappointed as this wine was too sweet for my palate and I bought 6 bottles!

For the price the wine is ok, decent enough to go with the Sunday roast but nothing special.

nose, grapefruit, touch of melon.taste, the same.aftertaste, sharp, not much else. sorry this is thin on flavour and low on alcohol and it is "only" vin de france.this means the wines used in this blend could have come from anywhere in france. the bottle states "produced and bottled in landiras" (the south of france).i am suprised that a wine produced in the south only has an abv of 11%, i have quite a few at home and the lowest are 12.5abv. i may be wrong but i cant help feeling these wines are either from vines that were allowed to produce too much fruit, were unripe when picked or produced in this case means made/blended not grown/made or the wine has had its abv adjusted. this is not a good wine it is not worth the £5 (2 for £10 in store offer) i paid. you would be taking a big risk paying £7 for any vin de france though there are some nice ones about. i hope this review is not found offensive but this really is a waste of shelf space by far the worst wine of the night.my rating 1.5/10

Previously, have only drunk this type of wine when it has been a blend of Colombard and Ugni, but this is just as good using the Colombard Chenin blend.

Wow ! What excellent value this one was when I purchased some when on offer recently. Good on the palate and versatile enough for aperatifs, seafoods, white meats or just to sip on its own.

Very enjoyable uncomplicated wine, I love the Colombard grape in any white wine and this lives up to expectations. Would always buy this, especially when it's on offer!
