Laurent Miquel is the largest private producer in the Saint Chinian appellation and is the Languedoc specialist for Syrah and Viognier. His philosophy is simple: only superior grapes can go on to create the ultimate wines.
The vines are planted North-South orientation which means that the grapes are exposed to the gentle warmth of the morning and evening rays but protected from the burning effects of the midday sun.

Has all the depth and flavour I have come to expect from this wine grower. It is soft and fruity but still has a zesty finish. Matches all the usual chicken, fish and salads, but is big enough to go well with game birds, rabbit, pork and Asian dishes.
