Background
History
Bollinger has been hand crafting fine Champagne since 1829 and remains independently run. Independence and a quest for excellence has permitted the cultivation of an unorthodox spirit that shows through in the production of each of the wines. The humble wish of the house is that the craftsmanship and dedication will be appreciated by those that share a bottle of their Champagne to mark a moment in life.
