I ordered 12 bottles of this wine 6 were good, the other 6 had white crystal's in. Your customer service department have now reimbursed me for the cost of these.

Not bad, especially in view of the price level this wine is pitched at. Pleasant enough and at a price that won't hurt if the whole bottle is consumed at a single sitting.
