Produced from a single vineyard in the heart of the Premier Cru vineyards of Beaune, this wine is a rich ruby colour; It has a fragrance of red berries with hints of smoky vanilla notes; To drink , the first flavours are crisp cranberries and raspberries which then soften to oaky vanilla before reaching a long and complex savoury, earthy finish - Would pair beautifully with game and all the classic cheeses.
