Soft, round and full bodied with rich plum and mulberry fruit flavours, complexed with dark chocolate, vanilla and clove spice.

This review is for the 2010 vintage

I am so pleased that Tesco has now offered the option of reviews by consumers as I think these are very important. I ordered this wine on faith because I have great regard for all of Hardy's reds and this appeared to be a new departure by a family member and it incorporated grapes from McLaren Vale which is a premier region. I first discovered the region by drinking the Sister's Run wines and was very pleased. This wine is definitely in the top class of the wines blended from grapes of that and nearby regions. Velvety smooth, round in the middle, and a soft finish. I enjoyed it.

Shiraz has been one of our favourites, its good to try other makes/brands would recommend tho any time, very good taste/flavour not heavy like some its certainly an indoors drink unless its very warm out side (shame).we have had warm weather in the past, its also a good one to drink with the out door cooking also adds to the enjoyment of the evening.
