A pale golden colour with a fine stream of bubbles.
On the nose, subtle white fruit aromas such as apples and pears.
On the palate, dry, crisp and well balanced.
Fruit and citrus aromas and a long length.

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 3 years
Johnny Ray - The Telegraph 05/09/2009From the biggest co-operative in Champagne, a tasty fizz at a tasty price. Blended mainly from pinot noir and pinot meunier, with just 20 per cent chardonnay, it has weighty fruit with toast, almonds and brioche on the palate. It's great stuff at this price and ideal for celebrating your godchildren's A-level successes.

Hello the Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne I purchased from Tesco was perfect. I used it for the toasts at my Daughters Wedding. 12 bottles was just enough for 60 guests Everyone commented that they enjoyed the Champagne. I will purchase it again, the next time I have a party. Very Good low cost party Fiz. E Smith. Harrogate

I found this champagne exceedingly dry - more so than the label suggests. I have had Feuillatte from previous vintages and preferred those. It is now several years since I last drank this label, having drunk Heidsieck Monopole in the intervening period, but in view of the exceptional price Tesco was selling Nicolas Feuillatte for, I ordered two cases. The first bottle has been drunk but I am a little disappointed finding the blend rather too run-of-the-mill. Still a decent quaff though at the price paid!

This a wonderful champagne at an amazing price. I have always enjoyed N Feuillatte champagnes even though the name isn't an easy one and can be rather intimidating to order in restaurants and shops. Classic champagne aromas and flavours. Gentle creamy fruit on the nose, yeasty toasty flavours, a fresh mouth filling dryness, soft fine bubbles and a long clean finish. Elegant and utterly delicious. I will keep on buying this champagne as it always delivers on flavour and price.

This is a super slightly "off Brut" Champagne that does not suffer from the excess acidity of many in this price range.

I bought this for the first time at Christmas and it is an excellent champagne. It is smooth and sweet not too dry. Love it. Buy it when it is on special, it's worth the money.

Better than the cheapest, thin offerings of the famous brands but not in the class of Tesco Finest Vintage/Blanc de Noirs etc. Useful to have in reserve for emergencies but better wines available at the (offer) prices.

We are usually given this for Christmas or birthdays when it is on special offer. We are not complaining - we love it. Clean tasting and much too easy to quaff. Much better than the special offer prices!

Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne 750ml Pleasant light fruit smell , crisp dry and a Consistant product . REASONABLY PRICED ON OFFER . Have bought this champagne since early eighties {the price now is threefold what it was } Stay with this wine if you enjoy don't think the pink will be as good it isn't .

Have been enjoying this champagne for a number of years. It never disappoints and is excellent in every way..... subtle, fine bubbles and very good value. I have tried others but this remains the firm favourite. Try it if you don't know it.

I find this wine dull and full of lots of flavours which are usaully only found in Champagne that is too old or has been badly kept. I am not alone in thinking that this brand is awful but I can see that some people may enjoy the really heavy nature of the wine. Indeed I understand that there is a thriving market in old Champagne. I don't know why I was asked to review this brand by Tesco, but I wish to point out that my review is based upon several bottles that I have tasted over many years and not on anything supplied by Tesco.

There are a few champagnes I really liike and have been enjoyed by my friends and family also, but EVERY TIME I have presented Nicolas Feuillatte I always get Immediate comments on how lovely this is. It is light, very sparkly, not bitter or sweet....just perfect and in my opinion you can't go wrong with this. A winner every time.

This is one champagne that I can afford to stock up on when it is on offer, I have just bought a case costing £13.99 per bottle. I feel it compares with Tattinger and Verve Cliquot and is far superior to Moet which I do not drink anymore. If anyone wants to try a champagne but doesn't want to pay too much then this is the one.

first purchased this label 14 years ago. a very high flying friend served it at an exclusive dinner.I had several health problems that year and was treated wonderfully by the consultant and so when buying my champagne for christmas,I also bought him a case. He raved about it and thats his present from me every year.It is not the most expensive by any means, but it is far superior to many twice the price.Considering so many people i know insist on it,thats great reccomendation Its fresh ,crisp, and when served well chilled ,has that special bite on the tongue

Haaving lived in France for many years we have drunk enough champagne to know a really good one, Non Vintage, but absolutely fabulous, gorgeous taste, Brut, yes but leaving you wanting for another glass. We entertain a lot, and every one asks what it is - we also give them as Christmas presents, and last year we were asked by two recipients "where can we get some?" As you know we have bought about 2 dozen bottles quite recently ready for the Christmas celebrations, I I know this is a true WINNER!!

Selected to celebrate our Marketing Director's 25 years with the company. My boss loves his champagne and I was nervous about my selection. He liked it and everybody else did as well, including the Director who received a couple of bottles as a gift. The champagne isn't over powering or sharp. It has a lovely fruity taste.

I enjoy champagne not just for special occasions and this one can be enjoyed at anytime it has a wonderful clean lemony taste the bubbles are not too fizzy and can compete with some very expensive champagnes. I recommend to anyone who wants to try a medium priced champagne, could grace the table of a wedding or any other celebration.
