The grapes used in this blend were grown in an array of vineyards throughout the beautiful California Central Valley. An assortment of micro climates and soil types in the different vineyards leads to unique wine styles in the winery.

This review is for the 2012 vintage
One of the best red wines going and can be chilled satisfactorily without distortion. If you like a delicate sweeter red wine then this is for you. Most red wines are often very dry and this alternative makes a pleasnt change. I wouldnt drink any thing else.

This wine is realy nice very palletable smooth and easy to drink. I bought this when you had the wine case on offer so was reasonable price. Cannot afford to buy it all the time at £6.99 but not such a bad price at £5.00. Look foreard to the next promotion.

again this is a delightful wine, not ormally a lover of red wines but this is exceedingly delightful. even my neighbour who is a wine dood loved it. But yet again a wine that is somewhat scarce on the tesco shelves, so will keep its merits to myself.

This review is for the 2011 vintage
A wonderful fruity chilled red which is my go to wine for any occasion. Although the title suggests this is a 'summer' wine, I enjoy this all year round, it's easy drinking, tasty and light for a red. This wine is now a firm favourite with all my family and friends and highly recommended!

I have this wine chilled, it is a very good wine to drink before a meal as an aperitif.. It is slightly sweet and only 10% strength so a refill is permitted. I will be buying more of this.

Annoyed when I went to Local Co-op and the same wine on offer for under £5 after I had bought 2 cases from Tesco!!! That aside the wine is very good, I am usually a very rare drinker of red wine but when my friend told me about it, I tried it and really liked the flavour, not being technical about wine it went over very easily and was most enjoyable, not at all harsh. Nice with a cigar!!!!

I love this wine. Being lower in alcohol than most reds it's very easy to drink. A lovely taste, better when chilled. All of my family & friends have tried this and bought it for themselves. I just hope that it doesn't disappear from the shelves when the weather cools.
