Tasting Notes
A serious non-vintage Rosé Champagne: the appeal of a rosé with the structure of Bollinger.
Red fruits: cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry but also spicy notes.
Storage Instructions
The bottle should be kept on its side, in the dark, in constant, cool temperature, ideally with little change in humidity.

What our expert says
Bollinger Rosé is made by carefully blending approximately 300 base wines including 5% of powerful Pinot Noir from Grand Cru sites in Aÿ and Verzenay. Bollinger only use the cuvée or first pressing juice which is important in terms of ageing potential. The grapes are fermented cru by cru, lot by lot in either old oak barrels or stainless steel depending on the particular characteristics of each year. Bollinger Rosé is aged on its lees for at least 3 years, twice as long as rules for the appellation require.
