A deliciously vibrant rose, made from the Nero d'Avola grape grown in vineyards around the Sicilian town of Menfi.
Deep in colour, an indication of the fruit flavours within! Lots of juicy cherry and redcurrant flavours, this is an absolute delight with fishcakes.
