History
Nederburg is South Africa's most awarded winery and was established in 1791. The winery is situated in the wine region of Paarl/Western Cape.

Regional info
The Nederburg vineyards are surrounded by the Drakensberg and Paarl Mountains. Paarl has a warmer climate than the coastal regions therefore the red wines from this region will have lots of soft juicy characters.

This red does not let the side down, not quite in the class of the top-of-the-tree Nederburgs, but lovely mature Cab S. Tuck in!
