A fresh, fruity pinot grigio with flavours of citrus and lime.

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 1 year
Enoitalia are now one of the leading private family owned wineries in Italy. Created in 1986 by the Pizzolo Family: Giorgio Pizzolo the MD who runs the Company with his three brothers Augusto, Giuliano and Floriano. The main production facility based in Calmasino on the right hand side of Lake Garda boasts one of the most modern facilities anywhere in Europe and with a real culture of quality. The family continue to build on their success with continued investment in both people and the tools to do a good job 'Great'
From the Southern element of Lombardy in the Central North of Italy. This wine originally comes from the historic town of Pavia, lying as it does on the banks of the Ticino River before joining the great River Po further down stream. The other part of the area of production borders on the beautiful hills of the Apennines which must be one of the most beautiful areas in Italy. Clearly the varied topography which takes in the lowlands of the River Po basin and the hills of the Apennines means a balance of Clay, stones, shale and minerals abound along with a climate that has extremes of temperature from the lower plains to the almost mountainous valleys in the Southern quadrant.

A good light wine, goes with anything. The fruity citrus and lime infusion, leaves the palate fresh and wanting more.A good all rounder white.

This wine made me change my mind - used it for french onion soup instead of drinking!

Fine wine but not special. Good value for money and have not had a poor wine yet from Tesco

Gorgeous crisp young fresh fruity easy to drink wine. Too drinkable and loved it from the first sip. A firm favourite. Panic when down to last bottle!!!

This wine is a nice and very drinkable pinot grigio, definitely worth buying when on offer. Not sure I'd pay full price for it.

This wine is very nice. We like Pinot Grigio over any other white wines and this did not disappoint us. It's fresh and fruity and great with a meal or on it's own. Would recommend and will be buying again.

I'm no white wine connoisseur, but this pinot grigio had character, which I find lacking in most pinot grigios. The special offer price swayed me as I had it in mind for Christmas with older relatives and didn't want them nodding off too early! Nice citrus overtones and not too strong then.

Pretty average wine with much less flavour than other Pinot Gririos I have bought from Tesco. However, it was very cheap and therefore good value as as party "glugging" wine. I would probably buy it again but not if the other Tesco Pinot Grigios went on offer once more.

My wife 'knows what she likes'.....don't they all.....and was a confirmed Chardonnay fan for a long time. She has tried more expensive 'fine wines' but, currently has settled on Pinot Grigio as her preferred choice. The Casca Roscoli is currently being assessed (along with others) and has found to be extremely acceptable. Great little wine that is a great accompaniment to all dishes.

This is a good everyday drinking wine. Fresh tasting, lots of citrus fruit flavour and ideal with fish, chicken and salad dishes.

I did not rate this as much as other Pinot Grigio but loved the fruity flavours.

I am no connoisseur, my review is purely on taste. I do not like a dry wine, and I like a crisp and light wine which this wine is. I have tried many Pinots from Tesco and moved on to another, and I am glad to say after trying this, I didn't move on and have bought a few cases. Just waiting for the next time its on offer!

It's more expensive than what i would normally pay per bottle so i wait for the offers and stock up with a few cases, all my friends have complemented on what a good wine it is too.
