Jacquart Rosé NV, France, 12.5%
A Chardonnay-based blend, salmon-pink in colour and delightfully elegant with a brilliant balance of fruit and freshness- This rosé is made by adding red wine to the blend, which is a practice only allowed in the Champagne region.

Jacquart Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2005, France, 12.5%
This Champagne is the most pure expression of the ‘soul’ of Jacquart- With lightly buttered brioche aromas, it is full of white peach and citrus fruit- Eznack promises this is a hit with crème brûlée! This is made from Chardonnay grapes grown only in Grand Cru vineyards- Beautifully done.

Jacquart Brut Mosaïque NV, France, 12.5%
Beautifully balanced with fresh pear aromas and a hint of fresh-baked bread- Aged for three years before release to allow the wine time to come together in the bottle- As per the house style, it is a Chardonnay-based blend, with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier adding structure, fruit and roundness.
