The Bergerac region has a very famous neighbour, Bordeaux, and both do crisp, dry white blends really well.
This one is made with Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and has lots of delicious green apple fruit going on.
Serve chilled, with simply done fish or chicken dishes.
