This is a crackling sparkler from the house of Hardy, one of Australia's perennial producers.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this has gorgeous red berry fruit aromas with some lovely toasty flavours.

In 1850 at the age of 20, Thomas Hardy came to South Australia from England and established a winery on the banks of Adelaide's River Torrens in 1853 which went on to become an outstanding family wine business. He was a pioneer of immense character.
The fruit for this wine comes from the Riverland region which is home to many vineyards and orchards that rely on the nearby River Murray for precious water in the warm growing conditions.
