Tasting Notes

Sometimes, only a classic will do and so step forward one of France's cool-climate all time classics, Chablis.

This is a fantastic wine, made from 100%
Chardonnay, and is all about the pure lemon and crisp, green apple fruit flavours.

It has an almost cheek-sucking freshness to it, thanks to that northern French climate.

One to bring out when you have seafood on the menu especially, in more decadent moments, oysters.

Storage Instructions

This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 3 years
