This top quality producer has a name synonymous with the Beaujolais region.
Here, the Gamay grapes are sourced from the better quality Villages vineyards and the resulting wine is ripe and juicy with great raspberry and cherry fruit flavours.
Utterly delicious, especially with slow-cooked pork belly.
This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to 2 years

Of the 2014 vintage, Jane Parkinson said: "“This wine is legendary with lamb. “When you see the word Villages written beside Beaujolais on the label, it means its one up on the quality ladder of those wines simply labelled Beaujolais. “This has those classic Gamay grape aromas – so black cherries and herbs and a bit of cherry on the vine. The freshness of the wine gives it a real affinity with the herbs in the recipe and the lovely red berry flavours work perfectly with that juicy lamb. Brilliant Beaujolais.” "
