It works brilliantly, with gorgeous lemon and grapefruit flavours; fantastically fresh too.

The 25 year old vineyards to keep as much terrior characteristics as possible. Modern winemaking technics and blending were supervised by leading Bordeaux winemaker Pascal Poussevin.
These 25 year old vineyards of Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc are situated on the slopes of the village of Montreal du Gers, in the heart of Gascony. Summers are long and hot.
