Tasting Notes
Bright pale lemon in colour.
On the nose it has intense, lifted aromas of lemon citrus with touches of lime and a hint of spice and vanilla from the barrel fermentation.
Elegant and restrained on the palate it shows zesty lime character with touches of toasty complexity, good weight and balance with a long, refreshing finish.

This wine should be stored in a cool dry place, and can be kept for up to 5 years.

Stephanie describes her wines as essentially hand made food wines with an emphasis on structure as well as generous fruit flavours. All grapes are 100% estate grown from three separate vineyard sites totalling nearly 10 hectares in the Clare Valley.
