How do I navigate the site and find Wines?

In the main navigation you can find the wine store section. Here, you can find products by firstly focussing on the department name at the top of the page. E.g. All Wines. A list of options will appear for you to choose from .E.g. Drink Type or country.You can then select the option you wish to look at e.g. Red Wines, and all the Red Wines will appear in a list for you to choose from. You can even narrow this list down by choosing one of several options above the Wines like 'price per bottle. The new, filtered list will then display for you.

How do I search for a product?

To find a product, simply type in the name of the product you are looking for in the search area labelled 'I'm looking for', and we will display the nearest matching products or suggest alternatives.

How do I add products to my basket?
You can view products in detail by focussing on the product name or image. Summary details of your chosen Wine will display. The details will disappear when you focus away from the box. Selecting the product name, will make the product details appear on a new page. Here, there are more details such as expert opinion, background and reviews information.To add a product to your basket at any time, just type the quantity you want to add, then press Add to basket.
How do I see different sized baskets?

You can click the 'View full basket' button at the bottom of the basket and full details of your basket will display. You can view and amend any of the details in your basket like quantity, Clubcard Points, savings and price details will display at the bottom of the basket area.

How do I checkout?

When you have finished your shop just select the checkout button in the basket area. Check your delivery address details, and choose your preferred method of delivery. If you have chosen a premium delivery, you can select the date and time you want your ordered delivered, and select save this slot. In your order summary, you can add any delivery instructions or gift message. You can still amend any of the details in your basket like quantity, and review your pricing details and savings, then select 'proceed to payment'. Fill in your payment details and select 'order confirmation'. Then put your feet up and relax.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Minimum Order requirements

You must fulfil the minimum order requirements before you can checkout.

Wine – A minimum purchase of 12 bottles

Champagne – A minimum purchase of 6 bottles

Wine & Champagne – A minimum or 6 bottles of wine and 6 bottles of Champagne.

What are my delivery options?

If you choose our premium delivery option, you can select a time that suits you from 11:00 - 19:00 Monday to Saturday.

You can usually have your shopping delivered between 11am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 11am and 8pm on Saturday, and between 11am and 4pm on Sunday.

Exact delivery times will be displayed when you book a delivery slot during the checkout process.

If you choose our Next day delivery option, our delivery times are as follows:

When you place an order by 12 noon (Sunday to Friday), we will do our utmost to deliver the following day. Saturday orders should be delivered anytime on Monday. These times may vary on Bank Holidays.

Please note that delivery to some postcodes such as Northern Ireland & outlying areas takes 2 business days. Unfortunately, we do not yet deliver to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and BFPO addresses. We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

How do I amend the products in my basket?

You can increase, decrease or remove a product at any time from the basket area before payment has been taken. After this point, you can amend your order as long as you do it up to 2 days before your delivery date. Please call 08456 775577 Up to 7p per minute from BT landlines. Other providers vary. How do I book a premium delivery slot?

You can book a premium delivery slot which will alow you to choose what time you want your order to be delivered. When you checkout and select premium delivery, you will be given a choice of times available to you in the next 3 weeks. Simply select your preferred time and make sure that someone over the age of 18 is there to receive and sign for the delivery.

How do I register?

If you are a new customer, you will need to register before you can make any purchases by clicking on the 'Sign in/Register' link at the top of the home page, and entering your details in 'New Customers Register Here'. Existing customers can simply login as normal. As a new customer you will be asked to provide your Clubcard number, however don't worry if you don't have one, a Clubcard number will automatically be given to you when you register and this will enable you to shop online and immediately start collecting points.

How do I see special offers?

You can go to our special offers section and view all of our latest special offers from the main navigation.

How many cases can I order?

You must fulfil the minimum order requirements before you can checkout. Wine can currently only be purchased in multiples of 12 bottles and Champagne can only be purchased in multiples of 6.

How do I order to a different address?

You can have wine delivered to an alternative address as long as we cover the area.

Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your basket, click on the 'Checkout wine' button.

Here you will have the option to ‘Add new address’, click on this button and fill in the new address.

Once you have completed this, follow the on screen prompts to complete your order.

How do I order Wine as a gift?

Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your basket, click on the 'Checkout wine' button. If you would like the gift to be sent directly to the recipients address, you can enter the delivery address by selecting 'add new address. In the order summary page you will be asked ' is this a gift?' and be able to add a short gift message. Don't worry, the recipient won't be able to view any pricing information.
