Before checkout
You can view and amend your personal details, address book, login details and Clubcard details by following these simple steps:
Click on My Account
Click on My account details
All your address details will display.
Click on Edit address to amend your address details
Amend your details and click Save address
Your new address details will be saved in your address book
Please make sure you select your correct address from your address book menu when you checkout.
After checkout

I'd like to add another delivery address
Before you order:
To add another delivery address:
Click on My Account
Click on My details
All your address details will display.
Click on Add New Address
Add your address details and click Save Address
Your new address details will be saved in your address book.
Please make sure you select your correct address from your address book menu when you checkout.
Alternatively you can click Add New Adrress on the checkout payment screen and follow the same steps.
During your order:
Once you have added the products you wish to purchase to your basket, click on the Checkout wine button.
Here you will have the option to Add new address, click on this button and fill in the new address.
Once you have completed this, follow the on screen prompts to complete your order.
How do I update my personal details?
To update your personal details:
Click on My Account
Click on My details
All your personal details will display.
Click on Edit details
Amend your details and click Save Changes
To change your password:
Click on My Account
Click on My details
Your login details will display at the bottom of the page.
Click on Edit details
Amend your password and click Save Changes
I want to remove myself from mailing lists
To unsubscribe from Tesco e-mails:
Click on My Account
Click on My Contact Preferences
Select appropriate box and click Save Changes

How do I delete/amend my favourites?
To amend your favourites
Ensure you are in logged in to our grocery site. Click on the My favourites button toolbar at the top of the screen.
Within this section you will see All my Favourites
If you have just registered, it will take 30 to 60 minutes for us to display your favourites.
How do I delete my favourites?
Click on the delete from favourites link under the image of each product you would like to delete.
To retrieve your password:
Click on the login/register link
Click on the forgotten password link
Or click on the following link to go there now:
Follow the on screen instructions and an email will be sent to the email address with which you registered on Tesco.com with instructions on resetting your password.
