General terms & conditions for all prize draws in Tesco magazine:

1. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate family of Tesco Publishing, Cedar Communications, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draws.
2. The closing date for receipt of all entries, emailed or posted, is midnight on 18 December 2009.
3. All postal entries may be sent to [insert name of prize draw you have chosen to enter], Tesco magazine, PO Box 54659, London N16 7YN.
4. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for email or postal entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
6. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
7. The winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
8. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. An independent person will draw the winning entries.
9. The draws will be held within 21 days of the closing date. The winners will be the first entries drawn.
10. Winners must accept prizes within two months of notification or a redraw will take place.
11. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. Tesco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
13. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from these prize draws.
