Brain gains
A therapy has been introduced to the UK to help those with learning difficulties such as dyslexia and ADD. The 'Raviv Method' is a neuro-cognitive technique used in schools in Israel. The theory is that a series of repetitive exercises, breathing effectively and relaxation techniques can help stimulate the brain, leading to improvements in writing, reading, memory and concentration. Preventative measures
