What you need to do to switch

All you need:

1. A UK bank account.
2. Apply online or over the phone.
3. Setup a Direct Debit instruction with us. (All bill payments have to be via monthly direct debit)

Once you've applied it may take up to 3 weeks to move to us because it takes a while for us to confirm your bank details and to cancel your existing service with BT. We'll deal with it as quickly as possible and will keep you informed on progress. During the transfer your phone service will be unaffected.

Something else

• Tesco home phone only works on a BT landline so if you're on cable, we're sorry we can't help you.
• Please remember that we have a minimum contract period of 3 months. This may vary with promotional offers.
