What if I have a problem?

We want to give you great service, but if you’re unhappy with any aspect of Tesco home phone then please contact us.

  2. If you are still not happy, please ask to speak to a manager.

  4. If you’re still unhappy and don’t believe we’ve dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, you can refer to Ofcom, the regulator for the telecoms industry.
