Simon, Tesco Burnage
Hi my name is Simon, I regularly shop in Tesco. I'd normally shop in the Burnage one or the Disby one purely for convenience I’d say with the local area there is more in terms of what you can get in Tesco compared to what other stores there are around here. You’ve got the two stores you’ve got the Burnage store which is close and convenient, if you cant get to one you can always get to the other one. In terms of what you can get in the shop you can get absolutely anything and you can get TVs you know a wide range of stuff so pretty much you can get everything under one roof.
In terms of the people who work, I’ve always found the Tesco staff to be friendly, good people, always helpful in the car parks there is always someone friendly helping out with trolleys, that sort of stuff.

Louise and Jo, Tesco Wolverton
Hi I’m Jo, Hi I’m Louise we come here everyday to get our lunch for school and, we think there is a really good range of products, especially the sandwiches and the healthy living stuff, yeah which is what we are interested in as we don’t get this at school, we can get mostly what we want, when we want and if we cant find anything the staff help us straight away. We sometimes go to little like bakeries but we normally come here most days. Its our local so its just down the road from us its quite easy to get availability of what we want.
Holly and Richard, Tesco Wolverton

Barbara, Tesco Woolton
Hello my name is Barbara Fowler, I live in Chillwall and I shop at this store regularly, Mondays and Thursdays and I think the staff are really nice here they are really friendly
In my view, the success of companies such as Tesco, is down to answering and serving the customers needs, and giving them what they want. The retail industry is highly competitive, and price sensitive, and if consumers have a better choice they will take it. In particular relation to where I live in Hertfordshire, there is a varied choice of larger and smaller convenience stores, owned by a number of independent and larger retailers. There is still a wide choice of local butchers, farmers, and locally sourced goods, and they continue to thrive. However I would argue that the large bulk of my domestic groceries are bought from Tesco, down to their customer service, choice and low prices.

The truth of the matter is Tesco built a supermarket in Tenterden another small town not far from us and it has made that town, it has become a thriving bustling town again, more people visit because of Tesco's presence and spend more locally.

I look at what I pay for my shopping now, against what I paid five years ago and I can assure you that most items are a lot cheaper if not the same price.
There is not many things in life, that you can find that you are buying cheaper now than years ago.

I just want to say well done Tesco! You supply people with what I want and do it very well.

Generally speaking this company (together with Asda and Sainsbury's) provide excellent products at the right price with decent parking facilities.

I live alone and the savings I make from shopping at Tesco go a long way. I truly believe in this company and what it stands for.

I have enjoyed shopping at Tesco for more than thirty years (online, now I am a pensioner) and, when we were in dire straits after losing everything in 1992, fed well a family of 4 on my child allowance by knowing how to cook and using Tesco Value.
I say 'Thank you, Tesco'
