If you've forgotten something, or need to make changes to your order, no problem! You can amend your order up to 10pm the night before your delivery. Simply select your grocery orders from 'My Account' and follow the online instructions.
Remember: You must click the 'confirm changes' button. And if you have any eCoupons, these must be entered when you first place the order, they can't be entered when amending your order.

From size and ripeness, to your preferred substitute, write a note to your picker so we can deliver exactly what you want. Simply select 'write note' next to the product.

It's as easy as writing a shopping list. Simply select Express Shopper and type all the items you want into the notepad on the left, click on the 'Find now' button and we'll show you all the products we have relating to the first item on your list, then either click on the next item or use the 'Next item' button.

You can choose which type of product coupons you wish to receive in your Clubcard Statement.
1) Product coupons for use in store
2) Product eCoupons for use online in grocery
Simply select your Clubcard details from 'My Account' and follow the online instructions. Then all you have to do is complete your shopping as normal and enter the unique 12 digit security code on your eCoupon at checkout.

To make sure you get the substitutions you want, click on the 'substitutions' button at the checkout page and choose a substitution policy for a particular item or the whole order. Don't forget to click 'ok' to confirm your preferences. You can also choose a substitution by writing a note to your picker.

Back of pack information is available on most products. This includes the GDA (Guideline Daily Amount), ingredients and cooking instructions. We also have helpful symbols to indicate items such as gluten free, organic, fair trade etc, and suitable for home freezing.

Recycling is a big priority for Tesco and we are continually looking for ways to help our customers recycle more. Our delivery drivers will now accept all carrier bags back for recycling, not just our own.
