Our stores are designed to be as wheelchair friendly as possible with wide aisles and checkouts, ramps, automatic doors and wheelchair friendly lifts and travellators. Where we are limited in the changes we can make because of planning restrictions we make every effort to develop individual solutions.

All of our car parks have designated spaces for disabled customers. Our Tesco Extra and Superstores are equipped with standard wheelchairs. Mobility scooters are available in our Tesco Extra stores and some Superstores. Our Customer Service desks and Petrol Filling Stations are fitted with Induction loops for our hearing impaired customers.
