Clubcard points are valuable. Protect your Clubcard, card number, passwords and statements so your points are safe and ready for you to spend. But don’t worry, we will reimburse you if there is fraud on your account. To easily track where you collected and spent points, or to check your balance, register your Clubcard online.
Find it hard to keep on top of all your passwords? Create a strong core password to use across the board. Then devise a system that personalises it for different sites. For example, core password, n0Dn0L (‘London’ backwards), then add T3s (for Tesco) to make it T3sn0Dn0L.

To reduce the risk of fraud we use a number of sophisticated tools. If we spot what looks like suspicious activity on your account, we may contact you by phone, text message or letter in order to confirm that it really was you. Remember, we’ll never ask you for your full password.
Every time changes are made to your personal details in one of your Tesco accounts we’ll send you an email to confirm that it really was you. So remember to keep your email address up to date.
