- 2½ Tesco low fat crème fraiche
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of fresh dill or dried
- 6 cucumber slithers
- 60 g Smoked salmon

Method
- Cut the bagel in half and lightly toast it on the bready side.
- Mix together the crème fraiche, lemon juice, dill and season.
- Lightly spread over the toasted bagel.
- Using a vegetable peeler make slithers of cucumber, layer over the crème fraiche and top with smoked salmon and and season with black pepper.
