- 200 g (7oz) bunch radishes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- few drops sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method
- Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Drizzle a little olive oil over the radishes and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- When tender but still with a bite, add a drizzle of soy sauce, some chopped spring onions, a drop or two of sesame oil and a few toasted sesame seeds.
