  • 200 g (7oz) bunch radishes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • few drops sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Drizzle a little olive oil over the radishes and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  2. When tender but still with a bite, add a drizzle of soy sauce, some chopped spring onions, a drop or two of sesame oil and a few toasted sesame seeds.
