Ingredients
- 50 g radishes,finely chopped
- 1 spring onion,finely chopped or 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 5 cm piece cucumber, finely chopped
- 200 g natural yogurt
- ground Black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas
- 350 g roast beef, thinly sliced
- 85 g bag watercress,hard stalks removed
- 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped

Method
- For the raita, mix the radishes, spring onions or chives, garlic, cucumber and yogurt. Season with salt and ground black pepper and refrigerate until needed.
- Heat the flour tortillas in a microwave according to the packet instructions. Spread each tortilla with a large spoonful of the raita and then top with the sliced roast beef. Add a handful of watercress and the tomato pieces. Roll up the tortillas, cut in half and serve.
Cook's tip
These wraps are a great way to use up leftover roast beef. Cold roast lamb works just as well but flavour with mint instead of chives
