Cook's tip
Cooks Tip. Using frozen berries not only means they're always to hand but using them when they're frozen means you have a chilled smoothie stright away! 1 x 80 grammes portion of summer berries provides 1 of your 5 a day, as does a banana, so with this smoothie you're well on your way to 5. If you prefer you could use fresh summer berries - a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries work well together.
