A colourful mix of grapefruit and orange make this a zingy start to the day that's bursting with Vitamin C. Serve it topped with greek yogurt and handful of pumpkin seeds. One bowl counts as one of your five portions a day.

- 1 each ruby, red and golden grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Greek yogurt to serve

Method
- Use a small serrated knife to cut the skin and all the white pith from the grapefruits and oranges. Then use the knife to slice between the membranes of the grapefruit to loosen the segments and place in a bowl. Slice the oranges.
- Squeeze any remaining juice from the membranes over the fruit. Stir in the maple syrup and chill until required. Once prepared this can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve with yogurt and a scattering of pumpkin seeds.
