- 150 g wholegrain rolled oats
- 50 g flaked almonds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 15 g sesame seeds
- 25 g demerara sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Fair-trade clear honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 50 g dried blueberries

Method
- Preheat the oven to 170C/Fan 150C/Gas Mark 3. In a bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, and berries. Heat the sugar, cinnamon, honey and oil together in a small pan, stirring until smooth, then pour onto the oat mixture. Mix well.
- Tip the mixture into a large roasting tin. Bake for 10 minutes, stir well then bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden, crisp and forming lumps. Leave to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
