Method

  1. To decorate the glasses, squeeze the juice from half a lime into a saucer and the caster sugar into small bowl. Dip the rim of 6 glasses in lime juice, then into the caster sugar. Set aside until ready to serve.
  2. To serve, stir the remaining lime juice into the cranberry juice and pour into the glasses to come half way up the glasses. Top up with the sparkling wine and celebrate in style!
