Fentiman's Ltd are taking the precautionary measure of recalling certain batches of the products below due to a problem with breakages of a very small number of bottles

Lot codes LK3135 (bb 28.11.14), LK3199 (bb 28.01.15), LK3230 (bb 28.02.15)

What you should do:

As a precaution Fentiman's are asking all customers who have bought the affected product to carefully dispose of any bottles.

Customers can bring either a receipt or bottle top (no receipt required) to their nearest Tesco store in order to obtain a full refund

All Best Before Codes are being recalled. No other products are affected.

We have identified that there has been a processing fault with the above convenience meals which could cause the rice in some packs to become mouldy during storage. These meals are sold from the shelf at room temperature, and are not refrigerated.

What you should do:

Please do not consume this product.

Please return the affected products to store where a full refund will be given.

What you should do:

Please stop using this product.

For a refund, either return the label (cut off from the product) showing the Q code together with your name, address and telephone number. Alternativeley the product may be returned to any superstore or Extra for a full refund. No receipt is required.

As a precautionary measure, KP Snacks has initiated a voluntary recall of 4 McCoy's multipack varieties, with a best before date of 15.06.2013, and a code (the 4 numbers below the best before date - see picture example below) of 3066

The recall affects only the multipacks listed above. No other McCoy's product is affected.

A small number of consumers have contacted us after finding small pieces of plastic in the product. To avoid any risk whatsoever to our consumers, we have decided to voluntarily recall the entire days production of these four McCoy's varieties.

The safety and quality of our products are non-negotiable priorities for the company. We sincerely apologise to our consumers for any inconvenience caused by this voluntary recall.

BEKO have informed us that they are aware of a small number of cases of 6Kg and 7Kg Condenser Tumble Dryers where an electrical component has failed and overheated, leading to a potential risk of fire.
