Clubcard to use this service you'll need your Clubcard to hand. If you don't have a Clubcard, then why not pick up an application form in store and either register in store, by phone or online. You can transfer money whilst you register - it's that simple!
Registration (first-time users only)
The first time you use this service you'll need to complete the registration form on this site or in store and return it to the Customer Service Desk Advisor in Store. You'll only need to register your details once, as these will be stored on your Clubcard for future transactions.
We'll need to know:
Your and your receiver's first and last names (as shown on your ID)
Your contact details
The country where you wish to send money
Your receiver's* bank account details
Go to the Customer Service Desk with your Clubcard and proof of identity**
Tell the Customer Service Advisor how much you wish to send. You can send any amount up to £750 within a 7 day period
We'll quote you the total transfer cost including exchange rates and transfer fee, and then you simply pay in pounds sterling. Your money will then be transferred to the receiver's bank account
You'll get a receipt showing your transaction details
Once you have registered to use this service with a Clubcard, your next transfer will start from Step 2
Transfers should arrive within 2-5 working days.
If your transfer has not arrived after 7 working days we will investigate the transfer on your behalf***.
* You can register multiple receivers on your Clubcard
** Acceptable types of proof of identity include a valid: Passport, Driving Licence, National ID Card, any card with PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) Hologram, Credit or Debit card
