If you are a customer on our Pay as you go tariff your phone is already set up to work while you're abroad - just switch it on when you arrive and use it as normal.

You can even top-up on 4444, pick up your voicemail on 905 or talk to Customer Care on 4455, we'll text you when you arrive to tell you how much it costs, so it really is just like being at home.

Calling home

There's no need to add the UK country code, you just dial as normal (the numbers in your phonebook will work just fine too).

If you're an existing customer on our Value tariff you cannot make calls abroad to find out how to switch tariffs please call our Customer Care team on 4455 from your Tesco Mobile.

If you're a Pay monthly customer just give us a call before you go on holiday, on 4445 and we'll make sure that your account is updated, so that you can use your phone abroad.
