£10 FREE Top-up when you buy a Tesco Mobile phone under £50 Terms and Conditions
The promotion runs from 2nd November 2009 to 10th January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").
You will be eligible for £10 free Tesco Mobile credit if you purchase a Tesco Mobile network phone for £49.99 or less during the Promotional Period. Clearance phones excluded from promotion.
You must activate the phone by 11.59pm GMT on 10th January 2010 to claim the free. Free credits will not be awarded after this date.
To activate your phone you can call 282 FREE from your phone.
Free credit will be automatically credited within 48 hours if you activate your phone within the Promotional Period. Existing Tesco Mobile customers upgrading their phone will be credited automatically within five working days, or for more information please call 283 FREE from your phone.
No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.

Already a Tesco Mobile customer and you’re upgrading your old phone
If you’ve bought your new phone to upgrade from your old one - and you want to keep your existing number - simply put your old SIM card into your new Tesco Mobile phone and make a call or text by midnight on the 1st of November 2009 to receive your free credit.
You don’t need to do anything; if you’re a Pay as you go customer, just wait 5 days from the time you start using your new phone and the free credit will be added to your top-up balance, we’ll send you a text message to confirm. Or if you’re a Pay monthly customer, it’ll be given to you in the next 7 days and appear on your next bill as a credit.
Please do not use the new SIM card that came with your new phone until the free credit has been applied to your old SIM card.
However, if you’ve already started using the new SIM card that came with your new mobile phone then the free credit will be automatically loaded onto that SIM card. If you want the free credit, and any remaining credit, transferred back to your old SIM card, then please call our Customer Care team on 0845 301 4455.
Calls are charged at 20p per call, unless you’re on our Value or Lite tariff where calls are charged at 15p per minute and 8 per minute respectively.
Free credit does not expire and can be used for UK calls and texts to all UK standard landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 and all UK mobile numbers, and UK mobile internet browsing, picture messages, calls to voicemail and to customer care.

Pay Monthly ‘Recommend A Friend’ Terms & Conditions
All Tesco Mobile Pay monthly account holders who receive the Pay Monthly 'Recommend a Friend' offer in their online Pay monthly phone bill will be awarded 1,000 Clubcard points for each friend they get to join Tesco Mobile Pay monthly.
There is no limit to how many friends you can recommend to join Tesco Mobile Pay monthly but they must fulfil qualification criteria each time. To qualify for 1,000 free points, your friend must call 0845 301 4455, quote ‘FRIEND’ and your Tesco Mobile Pay monthly phone number.
The qualification criteria is that each friend must remain connected to Tesco Mobile Pay monthly, and make full bill payments, for 2 months.
Clubcard points will be awarded in the next available quarterly Clubcard statement. In order to receive points, the customer who has made the recommendation must have their mobile registered to their Clubcard (call 282 free from a Tesco Mobile phone to do this or call Customer on 4455).

3 months free GPRS Terms and Conditions
The Tesco Mobile Pay as you go tariff and Tesco Mobile Pay as you go Service terms and conditions also apply.
The 3 months free unlimited GPRS Browsing offer (‘Free Unlimited Browsing’) is available for all customers who purchase a selected handset on the Tesco Mobile network before 31 March 2010.
Free Unlimited Browsing provides three months of unlimited browsing on the GPRS and 3G networks (as applicable to your handset), for personal internet use via your mobile phone whilst you are in the UK. Free Unlimited Browsing is subject to the Fair Usage Policy set out below.
The Free Unlimited Browsing offer is available with the purchase of the following handsets: the Nokia 6303, Nokia 2330, Nokia 2700, LG GW 300 and Alcatel OT-800
You must activate your phone and Tesco Mobile Pay as you go SIM to receive your Free Unlimited Browsing.
You can activate your phone and Tesco Mobile Pay As you Go SIM by 31st March 2010.
Your Free Unlimited Browsing will start five days after you activate your phone and Tesco Mobile Pay as you go SIM.
You will receive an SMS to tell you when your Free Browsing has started.
You will receive a further SMS at the end of the 3 month period to inform you that your Free Browsing has ended.
Fair Usage Policy
We may impose an upper limit on the amount of browsing that can be used as part of the Unlimited Browsing Pass. Any such limit will be clearly set out on
www.tescomobile.com
or in any marketing materials and will only be imposed to prevent atypical use and/or abuse.
Unlimited GPRS Data Browsing is subject to the following fair usage policy which includes, but is not limited to use by you (or any third party permitted by you):
(i) of the Tesco Mobile Network for commercial purposes;
(ii) which we reasonably believe adversely impacts the service of other customers or may adversely affect the Network; and
(iii) which we reasonably believe excessively or continually exceeds any upper limit which is imposed.
We reserve the right to monitor your usage and, if we reasonably determine that your use is abusive or in breach of our fair usage policy, we may do any or all of the following:
(i) request you to moderate your use;
(ii) impose further charges in respect of your atypical or abusive use; or
(iii) suspend or withdraw your access to the Unlimited Browsing Pass.
Where abuse or breach is suspected, we will endeavour to contact you before taking action in accordance with paragraph 13. In the case of severe abuse, as reasonably determined by us, we reserve the right to suspend your use of the Tesco Mobile Pay As You Go service, having attempted to contact you first.

Tesco Mobile ‘Drop It’ Terms and Conditions
The Tesco Mobile ‘Drop it’ promotion gives away a free download of the 'Drop it!' mobile game.
All texts to the 83726 number, any mobile internet browsing connected with the game and the actual downloading of the game are free for Tesco Mobile customers whilst in the UK. For customers on other UK networks, texts to 83726 are charged at your network standard rate and your normal mobile internet browsing and data charges apply. Please check with your network provider for their applicable charges.
Posting of high scores to the Hi-Scores Table, and browsing of the Hi-Score tables will be free to Tesco Mobile customers. Customers of other mobile networks will be charged at your network standard mobile internet browsing rate. Please check with your network provider for their applicable charges.
Downloading of levels 7-12, will be free for Tesco Mobile Customers. Customers of other mobile networks will be charged at your network standard rate and your normal mobile internet browsing and data charges apply. 10% of your top-ups back in November & December 2009 Terms & Conditions
The Tesco Mobile ‘10% of top-ups back’ (“the Promotion”) is open to all Tesco Mobile Pay as you go customers who are invited by text message and who opt in by calling 285 from their Tesco Mobile phone and registering.
The Promotion runs from 1st November 2009 to 31st December 2009 (“the Promotional Period”) and gives registered customers 10% back on the value of all the top-ups they make during the Promotional Period, regardless of when in the period they register.
Opt-in to the Promotion and all redemption text messages are free of charge for all participating customers.
The period where participating customers can claim their free credit (“the Redemption Period”) is between 8th January 2010 and 31st January 2010. No free credit can be claimed after the Redemption Period has ended. During the Redemption Period, participating customers will be sent a text message confirming free credit earned and must follow the instructions in that text message to redeem the free credit. Not following the instructions will mean free credit will not be given. Free credit will be loaded, in pounds and pence, within approximately 48 hours of the customer claiming their reward, to the customer’s top-up balance.
To be eligible for free credit, customers must stay connected to Tesco Mobile Pay as you go, with the same mobile phone number, for the duration of the Promotional Period and Redemption Period.

10% Back on Top-ups For You & A Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions
The promotion runs from 12-midnight Monday, 26th October 2009 to 12-midnight Monday, 25th January 2010, the “promotional period”.
All Tesco Mobile customers who are specifically invited by text message can order one free Tesco Mobile Pay as you go SIM card through the specified mobile internet site.
A customer who orders the SIM card (the ‘Orderer’) and the person who is given the free SIM card (the ‘Receiver’), will receive 10% credit back on all top-ups made on the receiver’s SIM card during the promotional period. Each Orderer and Receiver is limited to a maximum of £15 free credit back.
All free credit will be given back in one go by 31st January 2010 and will automatically be added to the Orderer and Receiver’s top-up balance. Both the Orderer and Receiver will receive a text message to confirm that the credit has been loaded.
Free credit can be used just like ‘normal’ top-up credit and does not expire. Any free credit earned will not count as qualifying top-up towards any other Tesco Mobile Pay as you go tariffs.
To receive 10% back of top-ups, both the Orderer and Receiver must not change tariff and remain active with the same mobile phone number until the free credit is received.
Offer excludes customers on the Tesco Mobile Value or Pay monthly tariffs.
