Bundle Terms & Conditions

  1. You may only have one Call and one Text bundle active on your mobile at any one time in any month.
  2. No refunds will be given after purchase.
  3. Bundles expire after 30 days and any remaining minutes or texts will not be rolled over into the next month or bundle purchased.
  4. Your bundle will be used for all valid calls and texts as soon as it is active, you cannot choose which calls or texts are from your bundle.
  5. Calls and texts to your favourite numbers will be taken from your available bundles and not decremented from your calltime balance.
  6. The bundles minutes or texts are to any standard UK mobile or fixed line numbers and exclude international calls and texts, calls made to voicemail, calls and texts made and received abroad, premium numbers, mobile internet access and information services.
  7. If you are an existing customer on our Value, Extra or Pay as you go Lite tariffs Tesco Mobile bundles are not available.
