5 things you should know about Pay as you go with free credit

  1. You have a ‘monthly anniversary date’
    This is the day you get your free credit every month (if you’ve topped-up. ) We’ll send you a text to let you know when that date is, or you can text DATE to 28746 free to check your monthly anniversary date.

    As an example, if today is 24th August and your anniversary date is 27th August, your free credit will run out on 27th August.  You need to have made a top-up in the month before 27th August to get free credit next month.

  2. Finding out your monthly anniversary date.
    To check your monthly anniversary date text DATE to 28746 free. Alternatively they can call 28746 free to hear the same information. 
  3. If you don’t top-up in one month, you’ll get free credit when you next top-up (within 48hrs), and your monthly anniversary date will change.
    We’ll send you a text to let you know when that is.

  4. The top-up you paid for lasts forever and your free credit lasts for a month.
    We'll send you a text towards the end of the month to remind you to use up your free credit.

  5. You can find out how much free credit you have left at any time.
    Just text the word BALANCE to 2112 free at any time, and you’ll get a free text back immediately telling you how much free credit you have left.
