The Tesco Great School Run
The Tesco Great School Run is a 2km fun run for children aged 7-11 which takes place in schools across the UK on 21 June each year. Participating schools receive a free interactive CD-Rom and series of lesson plans to help them get fit and prepare for the event.In 2006, 242,000 children took part – a large enough number to win us a place in The Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous walk or run!

The Junior and Mini Great Run series
The Tesco Junior & Mini Great Runs are a series of running events across the UK aimed at getting children active.
In 2006 over 10,500 children up to the age of 16 took part in the 6 races. This year there are even more events for you to enter (details below)
