Because you can't see our products for yourself, we've given some items a 'Product Life' logo to help. This will show you how long the product is likely to be at its best when it arrives at your door. But that's not to say all your products will 'go off' straight after, it just helps you to plan your meals.*
This logo is a sign of the effort we and our suppliers are making to ensure we bring you the best products. It also means you can return any product that doesn't live up to our guarantee. No questions asked.
We have also started to highlight our fresh bakery lines with the "Baked to Order" logo. This is to show our freshly prepared lines in store.
From now on you will see this logo on all of our frozen products. This is to make it easier for you to identify our frozen range during your shopping.
We carefully pick our counter products to ensure quality and freshness. To make it easier for you to identify during your shopping trip, we now highlight our counter products with the following symbols:
You can trust our trained personal shoppers to choose your products as you would - from the back of the shelves to get the longest expiry dates.
And you can even write them a note. So if you prefer ripe tomatoes or green bananas, just add a note on the 'View full basket' page before you check out.
Sometimes a product doesn't have as long as we'd like before the 'display until' date. If that's the case, we'll highlight it on your receipt and put it in a yellow plastic bag. That way you can either keep it or hand it back to the driver for a full refund.
