Cat Advice - Vaccination

Just like humans, cats need several vaccinations to protect them from diseases. It is best to speak to your vet about when your kitten or adult cat needs her jabs. New kittens should not go outside until they are fully vaccinated, usually a week after their second vaccination — but you should ask your vet about this.

After their kitten vaccinations cats need to have repeat booster vaccinations every year. When your kitten is vaccinated you should be given a certificate signed by your vet. It is important to keep this and take it along to be signed when your cat has her annual booster vaccinations.
