When should I place my order?
Your order from the Foodhall is prepared specially for you, so we need a little time to allow for this. All Foodhall products clearly show the time we require, and the earliest date we will be able to deliver the product to you.
If you order products with different preparation times, everything in your order will be prepared to coincide with the longest preparation time.
If your selected delivery slot does not allow enough time for all the products in your order to be prepared, you will be notified when you reach the checkout and asked to change your delivery slot. This is to ensure we can deliver all of the products in your order.
Important: making changes to your order after it has been placed
Because products from the Foodhall are prepared to order, any product we've begun to prepare can't be removed from your order. Similarly, additional products cannot be ordered to your order if their preparation time goes beyond your delivery date.
