Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Oven
Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 20-25 minsRemove label and lid. Decant into an ovenproof dish and cover.Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.Stir before serving.
Microwave
Instructions: 800W 6 mins 900W 5 1/2 minsRemove label and slightly loosen one side of lid.Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (800W) /(900W).Carefully remove the lid. Stir well and replace lid, then heat on full powerfor further 3 minutes (800W) / 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W).Stir before serving.
